If you are unhappy with your purchase don’t sweat it, we are here to help! Outfall will happily accept returns and exchanges on items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition—including original tags. We offer free US returns and exchanges within 14 days of the purchase date.

To start a return or exchange, or to report a damaged item please email us your name, order number, and reasons for the email at info@outfallclothingco.com. We kindly ask that you use the provided Returns & Exchanges Postcard included in your order if you received one. Price adjustments will be honored within 7 days of in-stock styles + sizes only. If an item is out of stock, no price adjustment will be honored. Please email info@outfallclothingco.com with any price adjustment inquiries.
