Once an order reaches the processing status in our warehouse, it cannot be modified or canceled. We strongly advise reaching out to our customer service team promptly in order to attempt to stop or cancel the order as soon as possible. While we will do our utmost to accommodate modifications for orders that are still in a non-processed status, please understand that as a fast-moving small business, our focus is on efficiently packing and shipping orders for all our customers. Therefore, it's important to note that not all orders can be stopped. If your order cannot be stopped, it can be returned or exchanged within our policy terms.
